Lead engineering execution and technical direction while remaining approximately 75% hands-on. Responsibilities include developing LLM- and AI-powered products, coding, code review, debugging, platform performance, sprint planning, cross-functional coordination, technical mentorship, recruiting, and supporting engineers’ growth. The role partners closely with founders and product teams and offers a path toward Engineering Manager responsibilities.

Serve as the primary customer contact through email, chat, and video calls, resolving product and technical questions. Troubleshoot workflows, escalate issues, report customer insights, improve support processes, create documentation, identify recurring trends, and support new feature rollouts. The role requires clear communication, problem-solving, initiative, and familiarity with support or CRM tools in a fast-growing B2B SaaS environment.

The Engineering Manager will lead and mentor engineers, plan sprints, recruit team members, and oversee engineering productivity, contributing to greenfield projects and guiding technical direction.
