Investigates, evaluates, negotiates, and resolves complex litigated commercial property claims. Responsibilities include verifying coverage, assessing damages and liability, managing reserves and litigation timelines, coordinating with counsel and stakeholders, preparing reports, maintaining claim documentation, and mentoring junior adjusters. The role requires extensive property adjusting and litigation experience, strong knowledge of insurance policies and applicable laws, effective communication, proficiency with Xactimate and Microsoft Office, and travel to loss locations.
