Provide end-user IT support across macOS, Windows, and Linux: manage accounts, imaging, device provisioning, onboarding/offboarding, troubleshoot hardware/software/A/V/network issues, maintain ticketing and inventory, train users, use AI tools to speed triage, and mentor teammates while supporting infrastructure projects.

The Staff People Partner coaches managers through complex performance, employee relations, talent, compensation, and organizational matters. They independently investigate and resolve sensitive employee situations, advise on promotions and mobility, surface organizational insights, and collaborate with People, Legal, Compensation, and other specialists. The role also requires building AI-enabled workflows to improve research, documentation, decision support, manager effectiveness, and People Team scalability.

Administer Salesforce, Nue CPQ, enrichment tools, and GTM integrations supporting quote-to-cash operations. Maintain product catalogs, pricing, approval workflows, data quality, integrations, user access, and request intake. Troubleshoot sync failures, configure declarative Salesforce functionality, and deploy AI-assisted workflows and automations. Partner with Finance, Deal Desk, Sales, and Customer Success while following disciplined testing, deployment, and rollback processes.
