Lead and negotiate global vendor, procurement, and technology agreements; draft and review SaaS, licensing, and security/DPA terms; partner with privacy and cross-functional teams; build AI-enabled legal playbooks, templates, and workflows; provide commercial legal guidance and support strategic corporate initiatives.

Lead product strategy and roadmap for genetic genealogy features by partnering with engineering, design, data science, and content experts. Drive discovery through prototyping, user interviews, and experimentation; define APIs, matching logic, agentic workflows, and UI components that combine DNA insights with historical records; and deliver globally scalable, data-driven experiences that surface meaningful family connections.

Lead and execute specialized genealogical research for the U.S. Mid-South and South. Manage 30–70 active client projects, deliver research logs and narrative reports, apply DNA analysis to solve complex cases, communicate with clients and CRMs, and supervise and coach pod members to ensure research quality and performance metrics (including 5.5 billable hours/day).
