Teams at Ando Technologies

Own full sales cycle for 10–50 location restaurant groups: prospecting, high-volume outbound, demos, close deals, run pilots to paid conversion, and manage accounts while feeding product feedback to internal teams.

Lead Ando's technical and AI/ML strategy, owning forecasting, optimization, and labor intelligence. Direct the end-to-end ML and data platform, design AI-native product architecture with safety and human-in-the-loop controls, oversee engineering and product functions, build scalable engineering processes, raise reliability/security/privacy standards, recruit and develop cross-functional teams, and serve as the CEO's technical partner and external company representative.

Design, build, and deploy production ML systems for demand forecasting, labor optimization, and LLM-powered workflows. Own end-to-end ML lifecycle: data ingestion, feature engineering, model training, deployment, monitoring, drift detection, evaluation, and experimentation. Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Operations to integrate models into core workflows and translate performance into business insights.
