Moderate livestream chats across Facebook, YouTube, and other platforms; provide professional ministry communication and customer service; support volunteer moderator scheduling, training, and oversight; maintain livestream templates and Planning Center schedules; update training materials; coordinate with internal teams; and participate in meetings and event preparation. Requires evening and weekend availability, strong communication and organizational skills, ministry and customer service experience, and alignment with the organization’s faith requirements.
