Lead the design and development of electrical systems for solar and battery storage projects. Perform feasibility studies, power system modeling, calculations, drawing and specification reviews, and standards compliance analysis. Stamp engineering drawings, mentor team members, support business development and proposals, and contribute technical and project management expertise. The role requires a PE license, at least eight years of electrical engineering experience, renewable energy interest, and willingness to travel.

Lead utility-scale solar, battery storage, transmission, and substation engineering projects from initiation through completion. Manage scope, schedules, budgets, invoicing, contracts, change orders, client communications, quality, compliance, and project risks. Coordinate multidisciplinary engineering teams and review design packages across phased milestones. The role requires renewable energy project management experience, engineering design knowledge, financial acumen, and proficiency with office, CRM, and project management software.

Leads learning and development programs from concept through implementation, evaluation, and continuous improvement. Designs instructor-led, virtual, digital, and asynchronous learning solutions; develops eLearning, guides, job aids, and toolkits; researches emerging technologies and AI applications; and pilots scalable innovations. Coordinates cross-functional stakeholders, manages project plans and risks, facilitates sessions, influences without direct authority, and provides recommendations aligned with department strategy.
