Leads centralized incident response portfolios, coordinating triage, documentation, stakeholder engagement, crisis communications, and escalation. Develops data-driven response strategies, analyzes incident trends, maintains AI workflows and reporting systems, and supports national initiatives involving antisemitism, extremism, and education-related issues. The role also establishes standardized processes, contributes to training and onboarding, and collaborates with internal teams, community partners, advocacy groups, legal counsel, policy teams, and law enforcement.

Leads ADL’s public affairs strategy addressing antisemitism across political and civic ecosystems. Builds relationships with officials, advocacy networks, allies, and influencers; leads issue campaigns and municipal engagements; coordinates cross-functional teams; supports rapid responses to political and policy developments; and translates emerging information into actionable advocacy. The role requires political ecosystem expertise, persuasive communication, knowledge of antisemitism and anti-Zionism, campaign or policy experience, and understanding of 501(c)(3) political activity restrictions.

Supports the Center on Extremism by entering, organizing, auditing, and deduplicating high-volume datasets. Conducts and documents research on extremist movements, groups, individuals, and related activity using public sources. Responds to research requests, maintains accessible data repositories, and assists with public database updates and report preparation. The temporary role is hybrid, requires three days in person, and may require additional hours.
