Supports escrow teams across Austin-area branches by processing transaction files, preparing closing disclosures and HUDs, completing closing documentation, obtaining lender approvals, ordering updates, and determining clearance to close. The role also communicates with clients and internal teams, executes closings professionally, and provides proactive administrative support. Candidates need at least five years of escrow officer or closing experience, strong closing-process knowledge, Microsoft Office proficiency, and the ability to obtain an escrow officer license.

Supports residential and commercial real estate closings by collecting information, reviewing contracts and commitments, preparing and maintaining files, coordinating front-end and post-closing tasks, issuing checks, and transmitting documents to lenders. The role requires strong organization, attention to detail, customer service, communication, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, on-site environment.
