Manages construction projects from award through completion, serving as the primary customer contact. The role may participate in bids and proposals, conduct project reviews, and requires frequent travel as needed.

Performs or assists with insulation removal, fitting, and application, along with general construction and jobsite duties. Responsibilities include loading and unloading materials, site preparation and cleanup, mobilization, scaffolding and ladder setup, equipment operation, and supporting specialized contractors. The role requires heavy lifting, working in confined spaces with breathing equipment, tolerating extreme weather, following safety policies, and communicating with the Field Foreman.

The role requires following foreman instructions, working safely in confined spaces and extreme weather, handling heavy lifting, and using various hand and power tools.

Leads scaffold crews and directs safe work execution in the Foreman’s absence. Interprets erection drawings, transports materials, erects and dismantles scaffolding, installs ladders, handrails, platforms, and catwalks, and inspects components and completed scaffolds. Ensures compliance with OSHA, client, manufacturer, and company standards, maintains scaffold tags, enforces PPE and fall protection use, communicates site concerns, and maintains housekeeping and equipment. Requires heavy lifting, climbing, kneeling, prolonged work, and operation around hazardous industrial conditions.
