Manages construction projects from award through completion, serving as the primary customer contact. Responsibilities include planning schedules and budgets, coordinating clients and cross-functional teams, managing change orders, monitoring KPIs and project financial health, overseeing invoicing, ensuring contract compliance, and addressing quality and safety requirements. The role may participate in bids and proposals, conduct project reviews, and requires frequent travel as needed.

Performs or assists with insulation removal, fitting, and application, along with general construction and jobsite duties. Responsibilities include loading and unloading materials, site preparation and cleanup, mobilization, scaffolding and ladder setup, equipment operation, and supporting specialized contractors. The role requires heavy lifting, working in confined spaces with breathing equipment, tolerating extreme weather, following safety policies, and communicating with the Field Foreman.
