Lead architecture, development, integration, migration, deployment, and troubleshooting for Dynamics 365 Customer Service and Power Platform solutions. Support Genesys-to-Microsoft contact center modernization across multiple call centers, queues, agents, and business units. Build plugins, APIs, workflows, customizations, Power Apps, and automations; design Azure integrations; manage data migration and ALM practices; conduct architecture and code reviews; and mentor developers.

Lead and manage enterprise software projects for payments clients using Agile/Scrum and SDLC methodologies. Plan, estimate, track, and report project status; facilitate sprint and release planning, retrospectives, and demos; coordinate with Scrum Masters, Product Owners, BAs, and technical teams; produce project plans, effort estimates, and deliverables; resolve conflicts and ensure teams follow core agile principles to meet milestones and client expectations.
