We are seeking a Microsoft Dynamics 365 Architect to support a major contact center modernization initiative, including the migration from Genesys to Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Power Platform.

This is a hands-on senior role combining solution architecture, development, integration, troubleshooting, and technical leadership. The ideal candidate has experience with enterprise Dynamics 365 implementations, multiple call centers, and designing scalable customer service solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead technical design and development of Dynamics 365 Customer Service/Customer Engagement solutions.
  • Support the Genesys-to-Microsoft contact center migration, including requirements, fit-gap analysis, architecture, development, testing, and deployment.
  • Design solutions for multiple call centers, queues, agents, customer interactions, and business units.
  • Determine when to use standard Dynamics 365 capabilities versus customization or integration.
  • Experience developing Dynamics 365 plugins, custom APIs, workflows, and client-side customizations.
  • Configure Dataverse, forms, views, business rules, workflows, dashboards, and security.
  • Experience with Power Apps and Power Automate.
  • Develop C#/.NET plugins, custom APIs, workflows, JavaScript/TypeScript, Power Fx, and PCF controls.
  • Build Power Apps and Power Automate solutions.
  • Design integrations using REST APIs, Azure Functions, Logic Apps, Service Bus, API Management, and custom connectors.
  • Support data migration, mapping, cleansing, transformation, and validation.
  • Establish Dynamics 365/Power Platform ALM, DevOps, CI/CD, and deployment practices using Azure DevOps and Git.
  • Design secure, scalable, and maintainable solutions and troubleshoot complex production issues.
  • Provide technical leadership, participate in architecture/code reviews, and mentor developers.

Required Qualifications

  • 5+ years of Dynamics 365, Power Platform, or enterprise CRM development experience.
  • Experience leading or contributing to full Dynamics 365 implementations.
  • Strong experience with Dynamics 365 Customer Service/Customer Engagement and Dataverse.
  • Strong development skills in C#, .NET, JavaScript/TypeScript, and Power Fx.
  • Experience with plugins, custom APIs, workflows, client-side customization, Power Apps, and Power Automate.
  • Strong understanding of Azure integration services, REST APIs, security, and enterprise architecture.
  • Experience with Azure DevOps, Git, CI/CD, and Dynamics 365 ALM.
  • Strong troubleshooting, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Preferred Experience

  • Genesys-to-Microsoft/Dynamics 365 contact center migration experience.
  • Experience architecting or supporting multiple call centers.
  • Experience with Microsoft contact center/voice solutions and telephony integrations.
  • Experience with Azure Functions, Logic Apps, Service Bus, API Management, Power BI, and PCF.
  • Dynamics 365, Power Platform, or Azure certifications.
  • Experience in financial services, payments, banking, healthcare, or other enterprise environments.

Ideal Candidate
