Lead global HR technology strategy, build and manage an HRIS team, drive Workday and HR platform implementations, prioritize and deliver HR tech and continuous improvement projects, apply emerging technologies (including AI), and partner with HR, IT, and Data & Analytics to ensure scalable, secure HR systems and strong employee experience.

Lead supplier quality and technical development for machining, forging, sheet-metal and contract manufacturers. Assess processes, drive corrective actions (8D/DMAIC/RCCA), conduct audits, support new product introductions, lead cross-functional projects, develop performance metrics and mentor junior engineers to improve quality, delivery, cost, capacity, and risk management.

Design, develop, and integrate mechanical and robotic systems for semiconductor equipment. Lead system-level analyses, testing, qualification, troubleshooting, and supplier/OEM management. Ensure product quality and reliability across lifecycle, build test stands, develop testing software, and support system integration in manufacturing and cleanroom environments.
