Collaborates with technical teams, HCM workstreams, and project leadership to deliver integrated solutions aligned with business objectives.

Lead organizational change management strategy and execution for complex Oracle transformation engagements. Build stakeholder relationships, secure buy-in, activate change champion networks, develop communications and impact assessment tools, and support adoption through go-live. Manage workstream scope, hours, and commercial value while adapting to changing priorities and partnering with delivery leads across Finance, IT, HR, and Operations.
