Own the assessment, architecture, integration, testing, deployment, and stabilization of a humanitarian virtual support hotline. Connect Telegram-based patient communication, administrative and professional portals, and the organization’s website into a reliable workflow. Develop analytics and feedback capabilities, ensure accurate data sharing and onboarding, resolve integration issues, and provide post-launch support while independently making and explaining technical decisions.
