Plan and execute the annual company Summit, external conferences, customer and partner events, webinars, and internal gatherings. Manage timelines, budgets, vendors, contracts, invoices, logistics, communications, event materials, and onsite execution. Coordinate stakeholders across Marketing, Sales, Customer Success, and company leadership while resolving issues and improving repeatable event processes. Occasional travel is required for conferences, offsites, and other events.

Own the data pipeline product roadmap and execute end-to-end delivery for ingestion, transformation, validation, auditability, and AI consumption. Write PRDs and technical specs, work hands-on with data (SQL), define data quality and lineage standards, partner with engineering, actuarial, and implementation teams, and prioritize platform capabilities to make pipelines scalable, configurable, and self-serve for non-engineers.

Lead client onboarding from contract to go-live by translating value-based care contracts into technical configurations, defining data ingestion strategies (SFTP), validating healthcare datasets, coordinating engineering and actuarial teams, running data quality and pipeline QA, overseeing adjudication and reporting setup, and communicating progress and risks to clients and leadership.
