Own the requirements and roadmap for Arcadia’s unified data model supporting utility, expense management, energy intelligence, and sustainability products. Partner with engineering, analytics, and product leaders to define extensible schemas, data contracts, governance standards, and lifecycle requirements. Prioritize capabilities, resolve competing data needs, drive model adoption, address quality and parity gaps, and communicate architecture and roadmap decisions to technical and executive stakeholders.

Lead and scale Arcadia's global marketing function: define brand and category narrative, build predictable demand-generation and partner motions, own product marketing and positioning, measure marketing's financial contribution, hire and develop a high-performing marketing organization, elevate PR and thought leadership, integrate AI to modernize workflows, and align marketing tightly with Sales, Product, and Finance to drive enterprise growth.

Lead Arcadia's payments strategy and roadmap to optimize payment economics, regulatory compliance, and vendor partnerships. Define payment metrics and drive acceptance cost improvements, evaluate emerging payment technologies, engage customers on funding solutions, mitigate regulatory risk with Legal/Compliance, and manage commercial relationships with PSPs and processors to deliver a modern payments platform.
