Manage project teams, QA/QC deliverables, integrate GIS and environmental permitting, drive client development, pursue proposals and scopes, and coordinate public outreach and interdisciplinary specialists to ensure successful project outcomes.

Lead technical execution and design management for water, wastewater and stormwater infrastructure (treatment plants, pump stations). Perform hydraulic analysis, equipment sizing, produce design drawings/specifications, mentor engineers, manage QA/QC, client relationships, scoping, budgeting and support marketing/pursuit efforts across Texas. Some travel required.

Lead wetland and stream delineations, habitat and species assessments, and environmental surveys. Collect field data using GPS and mobile mapping apps, prepare technical reports and permit applications (CWA Section 404/401), coordinate with agencies, and support threatened and endangered species consultations. Travel up to 50% and perform extended fieldwork.

Manage end-to-end design for hyperscale data center projects: oversee campus planning through construction drawings, coordinate multidisciplinary teams and vendors, administer procurement and change orders, ensure milestones and deliverables, and travel to sites (up to 30%).

Develop and script GIS applications and web services for transportation clients using Esri tools. Build data integration/validation workflows (FME/KNIME), develop databases (Oracle/SQL Server), implement Python scripts, manage code via GitHub/DevOps, analyze and prepare datasets for reporting, troubleshoot applications and data processes. Hybrid work; valid driver’s license and clean driving record required.

Provide air quality permitting and compliance support for Gulf Coast clients including emissions calculations, permit application preparation, regulatory applicability and strategy, emissions inventories and reporting, greenhouse gas and ozone-depleting substances compliance, and occasional site visits. Mentor staff and support business development and proposals within environmental, health, and safety projects across sectors including oil and gas.

Manage and architect enterprise GIS and relational databases (Oracle, SQL Server, Postgres) for state DOT clients. Develop scripts, web services, schemas, data validation (Data Reviewer), LRS workflows, and visualization tools using Esri technologies to support Roads & Highways, reporting (HPMS/CPM), QA/QC, and integration across web and mobile platforms.

Lead development of stormwater resilience projects including planning, design, and construction administration for urban drainage, streams, and rivers. Provide technical leadership, QA/QC review, mentor junior staff, manage client relationships, contribute to proposals and scopes/budgets, and support project delivery on time and within budget. Site visits and travel as needed.

Design and deliver industrial water and wastewater treatment projects: develop drawings, P&IDs, calculations, specifications, equipment selection and technical reports; coordinate with drafters and disciplines; manage small-to-mid design tasks; support construction via reviews, RFIs, inspections, testing, commissioning, and field troubleshooting while implementing senior staff feedback.

Lead delivery of traffic engineering projects (signals, signing/pavement marking, illumination, ITS); manage studies, client/stakeholder coordination, schedules, scope and budget; support business development, TxDOT and municipal engagements, and mentor junior engineers.

Lead the electrical discipline on multiple projects through pursuit, design, and construction. Serve as engineer of record, develop construction-ready drawings, perform site surveys and system studies (arc flash, load, short circuit, coordination), ensure code compliance, use design/modeling software, support proposals, and mentor junior staff.

Lead and grow a multidisciplinary BIM team to define and implement BIM standards, ACC administration, model coordination, automation (Dynamo/Revit API), and model lifecycle integration across design and construction. Lead planning, development, implementation, fine-tuning and evaluation of traffic signal timing and operations.
