Lead electrical discipline across pursuit, design, and construction phases for diverse facilities. Produce construction-ready drawings, perform power system studies (arc flash, load, short circuit, coordination), mentor junior staff, support proposals, coordinate interdisciplinary work, and perform site surveys and electrical audits using industry codes and modeling tools.

Recruit and train staff, contribute to BIM scope estimates, monitor utilization, and report BIM KPIs to practice leadership.

Provide air quality permitting and compliance support for Gulf Coast clients including emissions calculations, permit application preparation, regulatory applicability and strategy, emissions inventories and reporting, greenhouse gas and ozone-depleting substances compliance, and occasional site visits. Mentor staff and support business development and proposals within environmental, health, and safety projects across sectors including oil and gas.

Lead business development and client relationships for Industrial Hygiene services, mentor staff, and manage projects delivering chemical exposure assessments, noise surveys, asbestos/lead/HBM management, IAQ/mold consulting, and compliance work. Oversee proposals, reports, and deliverables, provide subject-matter expertise, training, and technical leadership across Gulf Coast and national projects.

Manage construction cost controls for data center fit-outs, retrofits, modernization, connectivity, and new builds. Responsibilities include budget setup, forecasting, invoice and change order review, accruals, cash flow, risk tracking, data QA/QC, monthly reporting, and coordination with construction, finance, procurement, scheduling, and delivery teams to ensure accurate financial reporting and timely closeout.

Lead BIM strategy and quality across design-to-construction projects. Oversee model lifecycle (3D/4D/5D), review contractor models, manage BIM staff and standards, drive automation, and liaise with global BIM leads to ensure compliance and project delivery.

Lead drainage engineering for roadway projects including bridge hydraulic studies, culvert and closed drainage design, pond design, erosion control, construction plans, cost estimates, reports, QC, proposal/marketing support, team mentoring, and management of up to five engineers using specialized hydrologic and hydraulic software.
