Lead electrical discipline across pursuit, design, and construction phases for diverse facilities. Produce construction-ready drawings, perform power system studies (arc flash, load, short circuit, coordination), mentor junior staff, support proposals, coordinate interdisciplinary work, and perform site surveys and electrical audits using industry codes and modeling tools.

Lead routing and siting studies and state PUC/CPCN applications for electric transmission and substations. Manage project teams, QA/QC deliverables, integrate GIS and environmental permitting, drive client development, pursue proposals and scopes, and coordinate public outreach and interdisciplinary specialists to ensure successful project outcomes.

Lead development of stormwater resilience projects including planning, design, and construction administration for urban drainage, streams, and rivers. Provide technical leadership, QA/QC review, mentor junior staff, manage client relationships, contribute to proposals and scopes/budgets, and support project delivery on time and within budget. Site visits and travel as needed.
