Teams at Archer Aviation

Develops FAA-aligned flight test plans for advanced aerospace systems, defining test objectives, procedures, instrumentation, data requirements, and pass/fail criteria. Partners with engineering, safety, operations, certification teams, and FAA representatives to support test readiness reviews and certification findings. The role also contributes to safety risk management, test execution, documentation, lessons learned, and process improvements for ground and flight testing.
