Own day-to-day People Operations, including onboarding, offboarding, payroll, benefits administration, employee support, HRIS records, and access coordination. Improve workflows through AI and automation, maintain documentation, support EOR relationships across the Americas, and assist with future HRIS selection, migration, testing, and rollout. The role requires discretion, accuracy, strong organization, and comfort working in a lean, fast-growing startup environment.

Generate and qualify new leads through high-volume outbound calls, cold outreach, email cadences, and campaign follow-up. Engage dental providers and office managers, identify workflow pain points, communicate the value of Archy’s SaaS platform, and schedule demonstrations for Sales Executives. Use AI tools, CRM systems, and sales automation to improve prospecting efficiency. Collaborate remotely with Sales and Marketing teams while meeting activity, dialing, and demo-booking KPIs.

Own a portfolio of 300–500 dental practices, driving product adoption, retention, renewals, expansion, and churn prevention. Use customer health and product usage data to prioritize outreach, run digital one-to-many programs, manage reactive save motions, and forecast revenue retention. Partner with Onboarding, Support, Sales, Product, and leadership while helping develop scalable customer success playbooks, health scoring, and outreach cadences.
