Guide cross-team development, review microarchitectural specs and test plans, support firmware/middleware/OS integration, define performance and power targets, and work with performance analysis to meet latency, bandwidth, QoS, and next-generation memory goals.

Lead technology category strategy and end-to-end sourcing for software, infrastructure, cloud and services. Develop category plans, run sourcing and contracting, manage supplier relationships, mitigate supply risk, and drive ESG/responsible sourcing while partnering with stakeholders to deliver commercial value.

Lead design and deployment of enterprise-scale multi-agent AI systems across the semiconductor lifecycle. Define strategy, architect agentic AI platforms (LLMs, RAG, knowledge graphs), identify automation opportunities, establish AI governance, integrate with EDA and operations systems, mentor technical leaders, and represent the company externally.
