Design resilient microservices and cloud-native architectures, manage Kubernetes environments, implement monitoring and alerting, evaluate emerging technologies, and mentor junior engineers. The role requires deep AWS or Azure expertise, Terraform-based infrastructure automation, cloud networking, container security, and experience migrating large monolithic applications to scalable cloud platforms.
