Design, execute, and optimize fraud detection and prevention strategies. Manage and tune fraud rules, analyze rule performance and trends, conduct root cause analysis, and recommend control improvements. Partner cross-functionally, support fraud systems and third-party providers, build governance and documentation, monitor KPIs, and respond to high-priority fraud incidents to reduce losses while minimizing customer friction.

Develop, test, document, and maintain software using Microsoft and open-source stacks. Collaborate on design, estimation, CI/CD pipelines, and Agile practices, ensuring secure handling of confidential data and smooth deployments.

Manage client relationships and generate sales within an assigned territory through outbound/inbound calls, periodic face-to-face meetings, consultative selling, documenting activity, using company systems, and up to 25% travel.
