Sells preventative maintenance packages, parts, service repairs, warranties, and related equipment support. Builds customer relationships through territory visits, sales calls, follow-ups, quoting, and account development. Provides limited technical support, addresses customer concerns, coordinates after-sales service, maintains CRM records, and ensures estimates meet pricing standards. The role requires strong communication, organization, negotiation, planning, customer service, and technical aptitude, along with a valid driver's license.

Build and maintain territory customer relationships, identify and pursue sales opportunities, provide product demos and equipment solutions, document activity in CRM, coordinate order fulfillment, and stay current on industry and product knowledge to drive revenue.

The Inside Sales Representative will build new business through outbound sales, cultivate customer relationships, and provide product demos for equipment sales.
