Leads organizational change management for a finance transformation program, driving ADKAR adoption, impact assessments, readiness gates, communications, training, champion networks, adoption metrics, and post-go-live reinforcement across corporate and venue operations. Requires enterprise technology and ERP change experience, finance process fluency, multi-site adoption expertise, and executive stakeholder management. The role is remote-based but requires significant travel to venues.

Leads the strategy, administration, modernization, and future evolution of Legends’ Salesforce CRM and broader data ecosystem. Owns CRM roadmap, integrations, data pipelines, APIs, AI-enabled automation, reporting, data quality, user adoption, training, and executive stakeholder engagement. Partners with technology and data teams to transition from manual CRM data entry toward automated, embedded insights while managing vendors and supporting Salesforce operations.
