Provides high-touch client service for ultra-high-net-worth wealth management clients. Responsibilities include maintaining client accounts, processing transfers, managing cash and account changes, reviewing performance and tax reports, processing fee bills, resolving issues with custodians, maintaining compliance records, and supporting workflow and process improvements. The role partners closely with Wealth Managers and requires exceptional communication, organization, accuracy, and financial-services client service experience.
