Write authoritative, technical and market-facing content about agentic AI and LLM-powered claims systems. Produce thought leadership, web/product copy, blog posts, CEO ghostwriting, and sales-supporting materials while ensuring accuracy, compliance, and consistent voice across channels.

Lead an end-to-end evaluation of the auto claims lifecycle, identify workflow and data gaps, define claims quality standards, ensure data integrity across systems, partner with Product/Engineering/Analytics/Operations to prioritize automation and product improvements, and communicate recommendations that improve cycle time, accuracy, financial outcomes, and customer experience.
