Negotiate agreements, clinical site budgets, amendments, and contract language with investigators, institutions, CROs, and vendors. Ensure compliance with regulations, company policies, and audit requirements while maintaining agreement records and Trial Master File documentation. Support timely execution, study start-up, stakeholder communication, process improvements, training, and mentoring. Requires strong negotiation, collaboration, organization, analytical, and clinical trial knowledge.
