Monitor and triage security and data center alerts, conduct initial incident investigations, escalate confirmed threats, update runbooks, and coordinate responses with internal teams and external vendors. The role requires troubleshooting critical power, cooling, and infrastructure events; analyzing logs; following emergency procedures; documenting incidents; and supporting forensic analysis, threat hunting, executive reporting, and incident response leadership.

Support and troubleshoot Java-based production applications on Linux; analyze logs and metrics, perform incident response and root cause analysis, develop automation scripts/tools, maintain monitoring and CI/CD, collaborate with DevOps/SRE, and document operational procedures to improve reliability and scalability.

Provide 24x7 network support and incident response; troubleshoot layer 1-3 issues; maintain WAN/LAN, routing (BGP/ISIS), switching, firewalls, VPNs and CDN/peering; perform upgrades, vendor/ISP coordination, monitoring, SOPs, and shift-based coverage including weekends and swing hours.

Coordinates network infrastructure deployment for multiple new data center builds from cable start through Production Ready. Owns milestone tracking, schedules, dependencies, risks, hardware logistics, and cross-functional coordination among construction, engineering, connectivity, and deployment teams. Leads status calls, drives accountability, escalates blockers, manages SEVs, communicates timeline impacts, and improves deployment processes. The role requires technical data center knowledge, strong influence without authority, and 15–30% travel to data center campuses.

Builds and maintains scalable data pipelines, ETL infrastructure, data warehouses, and analytics tools. The role assembles complex datasets, automates processes, optimizes data delivery architecture, and supports cross-functional data initiatives. Collaborates with executive, product, data, and design stakeholders to resolve technical issues and improve analytics systems. Requires proficiency in SAS, Python, Java, MATLAB, SQL, NoSQL, Hadoop, MapReduce, Hive, Presto, UNIX, and Linux, with JavaScript, R, and basic machine learning preferred.

Manage commercial and delivery aspects of multiple AV projects: budgets, schedules, resource allocation, vendor management, documentation, testing, training, and client communication to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery and contract compliance.

Build workflow automation, ETL pipelines, API integrations, data migrations, reconciliation tools, incident response workflows, runbook automation, dashboards, health checks, audit scripts, and scheduled reports for a centralized network partner data platform. The role improves data quality, operational efficiency, and consistency across large, interconnected enterprise systems.

Manage contract execution and amendment processing, maintain audit and contract databases, track authorizations and correspondence, perform quality reviews to mitigate risk, and support high-volume, deadline-driven contract administration tasks.
