Perform initial incident investigations and triage alerts in a 24x7 operations environment; escalate confirmed threats, update run books, lead incident handling, coordinate cross-functional responses, perform forensic analysis and threat hunting, and produce executive-level reporting while maintaining SOPs and vendor coordination for data center incidents.

Perform quantitative and qualitative analysis, build reports and dashboards, produce datasets, troubleshoot data issues, and present findings to stakeholders. Collaborate across teams and third parties to define reporting specs, improve data quality, and recommend KPIs and best practices to support decision-making.

Manage contract execution and amendment processing, maintain audit and contract databases, track authorizations and correspondence, perform quality reviews to mitigate risk, and support high-volume, deadline-driven contract administration tasks.
