Build and maintain business relationships with new HR and HCM clients through B2B prospecting, referrals, discovery calls, product demonstrations, and consultative selling. Lead Asure’s HCM strategic alliances strategy, recruiting and activating partners across payroll, benefits, banking, accounting, consulting, technology, reseller, and marketplace channels. Own partner-sourced pipeline, recurring revenue, partner productivity, business planning, negotiations, enablement, co-selling, reporting, and performance management. Collaborate across sales, marketing, product, legal, finance, implementation, and customer success to create commercially viable partnerships and convert partner relationships into measurable revenue and customer growth.

Prepare SEC reporting schedules and filings (10-K, 10-Q), perform account flux analyses, support audits, maintain accounting policies, and assist with complex transactions, month-end close, reconciliations, and special projects.

Build and expand strategic alliances across Workday, Oracle, and SAP ecosystems to generate partner-sourced pipeline and revenue for Asure Payroll Tax Management. Develop partner plans, co-selling and referral motions, enablement materials, account mapping, pipeline reporting, and executive relationships. Collaborate with sales, marketing, product, implementation, and operations teams to advance enterprise opportunities and improve partner programs. Travel approximately 20% for partner meetings, events, customer engagements, and planning sessions.

The Accounting Manager SEC oversees the month-end closing, SEC filings, compliance with SOX, journal entries, and external audits, ensuring accurate financial reporting according to US GAAP and SEC regulations.
