How you will contribute

The Digital Marketing Manager is a hands-on, AI-forward marketer responsible for accelerating pipeline through modern digital programs, content systems, and experimentation. This role sits at the intersection of performance marketing and content generation—leveraging AI to produce, personalize, and optimize campaigns at speed while maintaining quality and brand consistency. You’ll partner closely with Growth Marketing, Product Marketing, and Sales to translate ICP insights into high-performing assets and campaigns, and you’ll help operationalize AI-enabled workflows that improve output, relevance, and results across the funnel.

    • Own digital programs that drive awareness and qualified demand across paid media, email, and web experiences—moving fast from insight to execution.
    • Build an AI-enabled content and campaign production engine: generate, iterate, and adapt ads, landing page copy, emails, and nurture sequences with strong conversion fundamentals.
    • Develop and scale segmented, personalized campaigns aligned to ICPs, verticals, and buyer personas—using AI to tailor messaging and offers without sacrificing coherence or quality.
    • Create and optimize full-funnel digital journeys (ad → landing page → follow-up → nurture) with a test-and-learn mindset and clear performance targets.
    • Collaborate with Sales and SDR teams to equip outbound and follow-up motions with AI-assisted messaging variations, talk-track aligned assets, and high-performing sequences.
    • Partner with product and subject-matter experts to turn complex HR/payroll topics into clear, compelling, high-velocity digital content (guides, playbooks, toolkits, email courses, short-form social).
    • Drive social amplification and executive visibility by producing AI-assisted content frameworks, post series, and campaign narratives that spark engagement in-market.
    • Design and run an experimentation cadence: rapid A/B tests across creative, copy, offers, landing pages, and nurture paths—scaling winners and documenting learnings.
    • Use AI to accelerate research and creative development: competitive scans, keyword/topic clustering, audience insight synthesis, and content outlines.
    • Monitor performance and translate results into concrete actions—what to stop, start, double down on, and why—communicated clearly to stakeholders.
    • Coordinate with internal resources and external partners (agencies/freelancers) to execute quickly, using AI to reduce bottlenecks and increase throughput.
    • Champion responsible AI usage: establish lightweight guidelines for quality control, factual accuracy, compliance considerations, and brand voice consistency.

    Qualifications

    • Bachelor’s degree preferred; equivalent experience considered.
    • 3–7+ years in digital marketing, growth marketing, demand generation, or a related B2B role.
    • Proven, hands-on experience using AI (especially LLM-based tools) to produce, iterate, and optimize marketing assets at scale—ads, landing pages, email nurtures, content, and personalization.
    • Working understanding of how modern AI systems operate (not just “using ChatGPT”): prompts and system instructions, context limitations, retrieval/grounding concepts, output evaluation, and common failure modes (hallucinations, bias, inconsistency).
    • Experience building repeatable AI-enabled workflows (prompt libraries, templates, human-in-the-loop review, QA checklists, versioning) that increase speed and volume without degrading accuracy or brand voice.
    • Ability to translate campaign goals into AI-driven execution strategies (segmentation, message variants, offer testing, audience insights, content clustering) and to document learnings in a way others can reuse.
    • Comfort partnering cross-functionally with technical and operational stakeholders (RevOps, Product, Data/Analytics, Engineering as applicable) to define requirements for AI-assisted tooling, automation, and measurement.
    • Strong fundamentals in conversion-oriented writing and digital funnel design (ads, landing pages, email nurtures), with a disciplined experimentation mindset.
    • Experience running multi-touch digital campaigns and measuring impact across the funnel, including test design, performance analysis, and iteration.
    • Experience with HubSpot and Salesforce, or comparable marketing automation and CRM platforms.
    • Strong judgment around responsible AI use, including factual verification, privacy/PII considerations, and maintaining consistent brand standards.
    • Highly organized, proactive, and able to manage multiple initiatives in parallel; builder mentality with clear ownership and accountability.

    Compensation

The base salary range for this role is $100,000 - $130,000 annually depending upon level of experience.

This role offers a comprehensive benefit package.
