Build and maintain business relationships with new HR and HCM clients through B2B prospecting, referrals, discovery calls, product demonstrations, and consultative selling. Manage sales opportunities using Salesforce and related sales tools, maintain a robust pipeline, and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual quotas. The role requires HR consulting sales experience, relationship-building skills, and familiarity with SaaS solutions.

Provides onsite and remote IT and audiovisual support, especially for executive meetings, board meetings, conferences, and town halls. Responsibilities include configuring and troubleshooting workstations, mobile devices, printers, operating systems, applications, A/V systems, and network equipment; administering Microsoft 365, user accounts, permissions, and licenses; documenting technical procedures; and coordinating with vendors. Occasional after-hours availability is required for executive meeting support.

Lead Asure’s HCM strategic alliances strategy, recruiting and activating partners across payroll, benefits, banking, accounting, consulting, technology, reseller, and marketplace channels. Own partner-sourced pipeline, recurring revenue, partner productivity, business planning, negotiations, enablement, co-selling, reporting, and performance management. Collaborate across sales, marketing, product, legal, finance, implementation, and customer success to create commercially viable partnerships and convert partner relationships into measurable revenue and customer growth.
