Lead and execute visual merchandising, resets, and product transitions in assigned store zones. Manage freight processing and stocking, maintain clean organized displays, coach team members on visual standards, drive customer engagement and sales, and support inventory control, safety, and loss prevention. Requires open availability including nights and weekends.

Support store operations by managing opening/closing, freight, stocking, inventory control, loss prevention, and daily task delegation. Coach and train team members, maintain safety and store standards, assist staffing and timekeeping, and ensure an organized, customer-focused shopping experience. Must perform physical warehouse duties and work nights/weekends.
