Own and standardize Procurement workflows, SOPs, process maps, controls, governance reporting, audit evidence, and knowledge repositories. Coordinate cross-functional inputs, lead requirements and working sessions, support change management and training, maintain SharePoint content, and identify compliance and process improvements across sourcing, contracting, vendor management, and procure-to-pay activities.

Leads indirect procurement sourcing strategies, spend analysis, vendor negotiations, contract management, and supplier performance oversight. The role develops category plans, conducts RFx sourcing events, mitigates third-party risk, identifies cost savings, reports procurement metrics, improves purchasing processes, and supports procurement and source-to-pay systems. It also evaluates market conditions and commodity trends to identify alternative sources of supply.

Leads architecture strategy for complex software and AI platforms supporting healthcare scheduling. Defines target-state architectures, modernization roadmaps, technical standards, and migration plans across teams. Designs reliable distributed systems and governs observability, SRE, event-driven workflows, integrations, and production AI capabilities. Partners across engineering, product, security, and operations to influence decisions, improve compliance and operational readiness, and reduce technical debt. This individual-contributor role requires deep technical expertise, cross-team influence, and hands-on experience with infrastructure as code, containers, CI/CD, and Java.
