Build and maintain LLM/AI-powered applications (conversational interfaces, automations, computer vision), integrate AI with internal systems and Azure, implement testing and governance for AI behavior, monitor deployments for performance and cost, respond to incidents and drive improvements.

Serve as the liaison between business units and AI developers: lead discovery, translate needs into requirements, prioritize use cases, partner on solution design, drive adoption and change management, measure ROI, and ensure responsible AI governance and compliance.

Manage the IT SOX compliance program, coordinating audits, overseeing change management, conducting access reviews, and ensuring internal controls across systems.
