The role requires extensive power-generation experience, professional licensure, code expertise, field support, and regular travel to project sites.

Leads the enterprise Technical Training and Qualifications Center of Excellence across Power, Sand, and Logistics. Establishes competency frameworks, skills matrices, qualification pathways, certification standards, training programs, and workforce capability measurement. Partners with operations, safety, engineering, HR, and technical experts to translate SOPs into scalable training, strengthen cross-training, close skills gaps, and improve workforce readiness. Oversees program managers, technology initiatives, and a roadmap for technical qualification programs.

Coordinate truck loading operations remotely, communicate with drivers and logistics partners, accurately record shipment information, maintain documentation, perform inspections, troubleshoot operational issues, and escalate safety or equipment concerns. The role requires strong customer service, computer proficiency, attention to detail, basic math, clear communication, and adherence to safety procedures in an onsite, fast-paced environment.

Designs, implements, and supports hybrid IT/OT infrastructure across plants, logistics sites, and corporate environments. Responsibilities include networking, Windows Server administration, virtualization, Azure infrastructure, backup and disaster recovery, monitoring, SCADA/ICS connectivity, cybersecurity controls, documentation, troubleshooting, and architecture planning. The role supports production-critical systems and requires collaboration with operations, automation, cybersecurity, and vendors.

Leads health, safety, environmental, regulatory compliance, contractor management, and operational risk programs for mobile and behind-the-meter power generation. Advises executives and operations leaders, oversees HSE across facilities and project lifecycles, manages contractor safety, conducts audits and field engagements, investigates serious incidents, analyzes performance metrics, drives SIF prevention, and develops HSE personnel. The role requires 50% travel and extensive experience in high-hazard energy or industrial environments.

Own and execute the IT SOX compliance program, including scoping, risk assessment, walkthroughs, ITGC and application control testing, documentation, reporting, and remediation tracking. Partner with IT, Accounting, Internal Audit, control owners, and external auditors to identify deficiencies and strengthen controls over financial reporting. Support audits, assessments, training, dashboards, and continuous improvement across systems, applications, infrastructure, access controls, and SDLC processes.

Lead and execute operational, financial, IT, and SOX audits from planning through reporting. Perform gap analyses, manage multiple audit projects, coordinate with stakeholders and external auditors, contribute to risk assessments and the annual audit plan, and prepare reports for senior management and the Audit Committee.

Manage and coordinate transportation, storage, and distribution of proppant (sand) across multi-origin/multi-destination networks. Optimize routes, track inventory and shipments, negotiate with carriers/3PLs, ensure regulatory and safety compliance, maintain logistics documentation, analyze data for process improvements, support troubleshooting, and collaborate with internal and external partners.
