Coordinate customer, vendor, shipment, purchase order, invoice, and supply chain data activities. Provide customer support, monitor deliveries, validate documentation and data, track KPIs and accruals, manage vendor compliance and scorecards, process accounts payable invoices, and support audits. The role requires flexible shifts, including alternating nights and weekend on-call coverage.

Leads enterprise talent management, succession planning, performance management, employee listening, employee experience, and leadership development programs. Partners with HR and business leaders to identify talent needs, strengthen leadership capabilities, improve engagement and retention, and build scalable people processes. Manages surveys, talent reviews, development programs, vendors, communications, HR technology, dashboards, KPIs, and organizational effectiveness initiatives across a growing, multi-site organization.

Leads the design, development, deployment, commissioning, and troubleshooting of industrial automation solutions using Ignition and Allen-Bradley platforms. Defines architecture, programming standards, integration patterns, documentation, and reusable frameworks. Mentors engineers, reviews technical work, oversees third-party vendors, and supports automation systems across plant, field, on-premises, and cloud environments. Requires travel within Texas, flexible hours, and after-hours on-call support.
