The Systems Engineer will provide IT support, maintain documentation, manage user queries, and adhere to organizational procedures at a financial firm in Austin.

Provide dedicated onsite IT support and act as escalation for junior engineers. Maintain and troubleshoot Windows, Microsoft 365, Azure, virtualization, networking, and endpoint security. Administer enterprise networking equipment, maintain documentation, manage tickets, mentor junior staff, follow change-control, and evaluate new technologies for client environments.

Serve as a senior, client-facing technical advisor conducting technical discovery and comprehensive technology assessments across infrastructure, cloud, identity, endpoint management, networking, and security. Develop actionable recommendations and roadmaps, support pre-sales, collaborate with sales and delivery teams, document findings, and participate in remote and onsite engagements to improve clients' reliability, security, and operational maturity.
