Lead global HR business partner strategy and a team of HRBPs to align HR with company goals. Oversee employee relations, global compliance, talent management, change management, diversity and inclusion, and data-driven HR initiatives. Act as trusted advisor to senior leadership and drive organizational development and high-performance culture.

Senior individual contributor responsible for designing and building complex, customer-facing product features. Own technical decisions within product areas, collaborate with Product and Design, contribute to architecture, maintain code quality, mentor engineers, and participate in production support.

Manage and grow referral partner relationships by recruiting, onboarding, enabling, and enabling sales from partners. Coordinate cross-functional teams, track partner performance in HubSpot, produce sales materials, run onboarding and lead-passing processes, and report outcomes to leadership.
