Lead account-based marketing for Atlassian’s Strategic and Enterprise accounts across East and Canada. Generate and accelerate sales pipeline through 1:1 and 1:Few campaigns, events, partner marketing, paid media, email, content, and direct mail. Translate Atlassian’s AI and platform transformation story into regional campaigns, collaborate with sales and cross-functional teams, use AI tools and performance data to optimize programs, and influence go-to-market priorities.

Leads and develops a team of AI Customer Success Architects delivering enterprise Rovo engagements from implementation through production value. Oversees capacity planning, engagement quality, adoption metrics, customer outcomes, and team growth. Partners with sales, customer success, product, and engineering teams to prioritize engagements, improve delivery methods, surface product feedback, and support AI adoption. The role also involves executive customer relationships, internal and external advocacy, regulatory awareness, and up to 15% travel.
