Manage assigned customer accounts across the entire order lifecycle, acting as single-point-of-contact for customers, distribution centers, and manufacturing. Resolve complex inquiries, ensure export compliance and accurate documentation, coach team members, support customer visits, and produce internal and customer reports to meet service level agreements.

Operates machines and production equipment safely, follows quality standards, performs inspections, and achieves production goals in a manufacturing environment.

Manage assigned customer accounts across the full order lifecycle: new customer setup, order entry/modification, escalations, and logistics. Serve as single point of contact for customers and internal teams, maintain records, ensure export compliance and shipping documentation, handle quality non-conformances, support customer visits, produce reports, coach team members, and lead departmental initiatives to improve order-to-cash and order lifecycle processes.
