Own core people operations including onboarding/offboarding, benefits, payroll, leave administration, compliance, HRIS operations and migration, PEO management, people reporting, policy evolution, and improving employee experience through operational excellence.

As the first in-house Data Engineer, you will own the data infrastructure, build and maintain data pipelines, and collaborate with teams to ensure quality data access and insights.

The Lead Infrastructure Engineer will define and build infrastructure at Atticus, managing platforms, security, reliability, and empowering engineering teams.
