Teams at Austin Stone

Provides executive leadership for a local church congregation, translating ministry direction into plans, staffing, systems, budgets, workflows, accountability, and effective Sunday operations. Partners with the Congregation Pastor, elders, deacons, staff, and churchwide teams to develop leaders, steward resources, manage staff, coordinate communication, assess organizational health, and execute strategic priorities. Requires mature Christian discipleship, strong pastoral and organizational leadership, budgeting, strategic planning, team development, and alignment with the church’s doctrine and culture.
