Lead content strategy and executive engagement for Autodesk’s customer council programs. Develop themes, agendas, discussion frameworks, and executive briefings; facilitate senior-level conversations; synthesize customer feedback into actionable insights; and align stakeholders across marketing, strategy, product, sales, and customer success. Build executive customer relationships and connect council outcomes to advocacy, recognition, storytelling, and broader business priorities while partnering with a program manager responsible for operations and event execution.

Drive new business and revenue growth for Rhumbix by prospecting, managing inbound opportunities, expanding Autodesk customer accounts, conducting product demonstrations, and meeting sales quotas. Build relationships with construction professionals, maintain Salesforce pipelines and forecasts, position Rhumbix within Autodesk’s construction portfolio, and collaborate with sales teams and channel partners to develop coordinated account strategies.
