Leads analysts and operational specialists supporting healthcare payer and provider service delivery. Oversees claims response workflows, issue triage, escalations, monitoring, known-issue governance, and operational risk resolution. Drives automation, process standardization, dashboards, and workflow improvements in partnership with Product and Engineering. Establishes requirements, metrics, controls, and service standards while communicating operational health and strategic recommendations to leadership and cross-functional stakeholders.

Design user-centered digital experiences, including user flows, wireframes, visual designs, prototypes, and design system patterns. Collaborate with research, product, engineering, and other stakeholders to translate user insights into accessible, effective solutions. Advocate for accessibility, articulate experience visions, develop cross-platform experiences, and support product goals through research-informed design.

Provide senior-level ownership for AWS cloud platform operations, automation, and reliability. Support infrastructure provisioning, EKS/Kubernetes operations, EC2/AMI lifecycle, observability, incident response, patching, cost optimization, CI/CD automation, documentation, runbooks, and mentoring. Participate in on-call rotation, incident handling, and cross-team collaboration to ensure secure, scalable cloud operations.
