The Operations Manager oversees daily operations of luxury apartment communities, handling financial tasks, resident relations, and managing housekeeping and maintenance teams.

Lead and coach sales and operations teams to drive occupancy, revenue, and resident satisfaction. Develop and execute sales/marketing plans, manage budgets, vendor relationships, reporting, events, and community presentation. Hire, train, and mentor staff while collaborating with cross-functional leadership to meet financial targets and cultivate a service-oriented resident experience.
