The role manages sales and expense plans, identifies new business opportunities, monitors competition, maintains CRM data, and collaborates with regional and technical teams. Extensive travel of up to 75% is required, along with independent execution and industry expertise in plastics, packaging, or related materials.

Lead end-to-end SAP implementations and transformations (ECC/S4HANA), acting as bridge between business and IT. Drive discovery, design, build, integration, testing, cutover, deployment, and continuous improvement. Facilitate global workshops, own solution quality, manage integrators and partners, coordinate testing and go-live activities, and support change management and capability building across the organization.
